When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. When you visit our site, we may collect standard usage data through analytics tools.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to create and display your business listing on LaurelLocalBusiness.com, send you emails related to your listing including submission confirmation, approval or rejection notices, and listing updates, send you marketing emails about Laurel Local Business including news and directory updates, and improve our directory and user experience.

Marketing Communications

By submitting a business listing or subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receive marketing emails from Laurel Local Business. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send. We will not sell your email address to third parties.

Third-Party Services

We use Supabase for database infrastructure, Resend for email delivery, Google Places API for business data enrichment, and Netlify for website hosting. Each provider has their own privacy practices.

Your Rights

You may contact us at hello@laurellocalbusiness.com to request access to the data we hold about your business, request correction of inaccurate information, or request removal of your listing and associated data. We will delete your data within 30 days of a removal request.
